Three Trane Precedent rooftop units (model YZK240) heat and cool the main halls. Each is a 20 ton gas/electric unit that moves 8,000 cubic feet of air a minute and has an economizer that uses cool outside air when possible. Trane's Precedent line features hinged control-panel access and direct-drive fans with no belts to replace.

Each unit weighs about 3,200 lb and sits on a roof curb.
