About this item
Two smaller Trane Precedent units (model YZK102) serve the community room and nearby spaces. Each is an 8.5 ton gas/electric rooftop unit with about 3,400 cubic feet of air per minute. A rooftop unit heats, cools and ventilates using a compressor, coils, a blower and a gas heater.
Each weighs about 1,600 lb.
